Classic Strawberry Jam
Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh strawberries, hulled
- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Crush the strawberries in a large pot.
- Add the sugar and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 10-15 minutes, or until the jam has thickened.
- Ladle the jam into sterilized jars and seal.
