Sweet Peach Jam
Ingredients
- 3 pounds fresh peaches, peeled and pitted
- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Chop the peaches and crush them in a large pot.
- Add the sugar and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 15-20 minutes, or until the jam has thickened.
- Ladle the jam into sterilized jars and seal.
